After graduating with honors from Stonehill College and earning his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law, Mr. Tobin worked at the prestigious medical malpractice law firm, Lubin & Meyer, P.C. Following a successful civil and criminal litigation practice in Hawaii, he served as a lead narcotic investigations prosecutor for Kauai County. Once relocated to Arizona, Mr. Tobin worked as a prosecutor for Maricopa County before returning to private practice.
