The Arcadia Biltmore Justice Court is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  The court is closed on certain holidays.  If you believe that you have a court date on a holiday, call the court to make sure it is closed.  You may pay in person at the Arcadia Biltmore Justice Court.
