The Arcadia Biltmore Justice Court is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The court is closed on certain holidays. If you believe that you have a court date on a holiday, call the court to make sure it is closed. You may pay in person at the Arcadia Biltmore Justice Court. Payments by cash, personal check, money order, or cashiers/certified check are accepted. You may also pay by credit card using the phone number provided.

Arcadia Biltmore Justice Court has public parking located to the North of the buildings where the court is located. It is free to the public and offers parking without a time limit. The parking lot has uncovered parking spots available for your convenience. If the lots are filled, there is paid meter parking along the curb of the courthouse and other buildings in the area.
